Ben McNeil

Ben joined Great Lakes Marketing in 1998 and is an expert in survey programming, sample monitoring, and analyzing survey data. He develops and implements multi-modal methodologies that integrate mail, phone, and online responses into unified datasets, reducing bias and improving accessibility. He leads direct mail and online survey activities using proprietary, membership, and national panels. His role also focuses on ensuring that GLM uses the most relevant and effective technology for each research phase.

Ben works closely with our partner vendors to monitor their use of best practices and approved protocols. He also serves as chairperson for GLM’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) to safeguard respondent participation.
